Refund policy

1. Return & Refund Policy

At Bay Sanding, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, you must notify us within 3 days of project completion. We will assess the issue and, if necessary, discuss possible rectifications.

After 3 days, we do not offer any fixes or adjustments. Any additional work requested will be considered a new service and will be quoted accordingly.

There are no refunds for completed work. If you have concerns about the service provided, please contact us within the 3-day period so we can review the issue and determine the best course of action.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel your service, please do so at least 2 weeks before the scheduled start date to avoid any charges.
  • Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the quoted price.
  • The 10% deposit paid before the commencement of work is non-refundable.

3. Engineered Floors & Pre-Existing Conditions

  • No refunds or fixes will be provided for outcomes affected by pre-existing floor conditions, such as:
    • Wear layer thickness on engineered floors.
    • Previous coatings, adhesives, or treatments impacting the final result.
    • Structural or environmental factors beyond our control.
  • By accepting the job, clients acknowledge these limitations and risks.
